Students can enroll in both weeks of the school or only in one of them

• 500 EUR/ 1 week
• 1000 EUR/ 2 weeks

Fee waiver: 20% fee waiver for students currently enrolled in partner universities and students enrolled at the University of Trento; 50% fee waiver for Arqus students, included students from the University of Padova. Please be advised that a maximum number of waivers might apply.

What:

1. Passport/ID
2. Transcript of records (original and ITA/ENG translation)
- If you have not completed your studies yet, you can apply with the most recent version of your transcript of records or with the transcript of record of the previous degree (e.g., bachelor for Master students);
- The legalisation of these documents is not required.
3. CV (Europass format preferred; 2 pages maximum; in English)
4. Motivation letter (1 page maximum)

Admission

Ranking list: there will be a first ranking with the applications submitted by 31st January 2026, and candidates will be informed by mid February (by Feb 13th) if they have been admitted. A second ranking will be done with the applications submitted in February and March after the end of the application window and candidates will be informed by March 27th.

We strongly invite applicants to submit their applications as soon as possible, preferably within 31st January.
